We work alongside your team to build the processes, standards, and metrics that let the work happen consistently — sales, purchasing, fulfillment, shop, service. The deliverable isn’t a binder; it’s a way of working your team actually maintains.

Leadership Coaching

1-on-1 coaching with owners and leadership teams on the work that doesn’t fit in a process doc — accountability, decision-making, hard conversations, building judgment in your next layer down. Several SPLX clients have named this as the most valuable part of their engagement.
