Alex has spent his career leading operational turnarounds in pharmaceutical equipment, aerospace composites, and mining machinery — environments where weak processes don’t just slow a business down, they break it. He brings that same rigor to the small businesses SPLX serves: structured operations, clear metrics, and the 1-on-1 leadership coaching that several SPLX clients have named the most valuable part of their engagement. Alex holds a bachelor’s degree in math and economics from Brigham Young University. His philosophy: improve lives, one leader at a time.
Spencer Bauman
Co-Founder, SPLX Group
Spencer’s background is supply chain and materials management in biopharmaceutical and aerospace composites — sectors where the cost of a broken process is measured in millions and months. He brings that discipline to SPLX’s owner-operator clients, building the sourcing, inventory, and fulfillment systems that let small businesses scale without scaling chaos. Spencer holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and political science as well as an MBA from Utah State University. He leads through service — the belief that a manager’s job is to remove what’s in the way of the team doing great work.
