How are engagements priced?
Most engagements are scoped as a fixed monthly retainer for the duration of the work. We’ll quote on the first call once we understand the shape of what you need. Smaller pieces (a Strategic Foundation offsite, a specific process build) can be scoped as fixed-fee.
How long does a typical engagement run?
Operations & process work is typically a multi-month engagement — long enough for the new way of working to stick. Leadership coaching runs on a monthly cadence for as long as it’s useful. Strategic foundation work is usually a focused 2-4 weeks. The right shape comes out of the first conversation.
Do you work remotely or on-site?
Both. The work moves faster with regular on-site time, especially in the first month and for shop or operations work. Coaching and most working sessions can happen remotely. We’ll figure out the right mix together.
What size company is right for SPLX?
Our sweet spot is owner-operated businesses where the team has grown past the point where the founder can hold everything in their head — typically a leadership group of 3 to 15 people. We work across industries; the common thread is operational complexity that’s outgrown its informal habits.
